Drink it all as an infusion. You prepare it by adding a teaspoon of crushed coriander in 250 ml of boiled water.

Medicinal charcoal is highly effective in absorbing gases. It should be taken after every meal (especially lunch). Combined with other drugs, it reduces its effectiveness. It’s indicated to take those drugs at an interval of at least two hours.
