The diet has two phases: the first phase, in which you eat only watermelon all day and the second phase, in which you should maintain a balanced diet and continue to lose weight.
Stage 1 – it is part of the mono-diets which means that you must consume the same food all day. This phase should last no more than 5 days and you are allowed to consume a maximum of 3 kilograms of watermelon every day. The good part is that in those five days all the toxins and excess water are removed from the body and you can lose up to 3-4 kg.
Stage 2 – it represents a continuation of the 5 days and serves to stabilize your body. The pounds will continue to drop effortlessly. The second stage consists of three main meals and snacks between breakfast and lunch. We give below the full menu.
Breakfast: a bowl of whole grains with milk or a slice of bread with a thin slice of cheese.
Snack: a few slices of watermelon
